2022 Counoise

Sourced from the Windmill Vineyard in Dunnigan Hills, 66% and Alder Springs Vineyard in Mendocino this Counoise is suprisingly structured for its light color. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in nuetral Frend Oak allow for the natural fruitiness to shine through. Notes of black pepper, baking spice, tart cranberries and Bing cherries. "Wazz" as we lovingly refer to it is just as comfortable chilled on hot day next to the grill as it is at the Thanksgiving dinner table.
