2019 Whole Cluster Syrah

Sourced from the famed Las Madres vineyard in Carneros, we careful select the best fruit and make one small-batch lot fermented naturally, with full stem inclusion. Aged sur-lie for 15 months in a neutral 400 liter barrel. Unfilted and unfined. A mix of olives, purple flowers, and black tea on the nose evolving to blueberries and black cherries on the pallet.
