2019 Riesling

Sourced from the Nelson Family Vineyards, from 47 year old vines outside of the town of Hopland, CA this Riesling showcases a classic European profile yet bursts with California sunshine. Slow ripening fruit combined with cold fermented for about 30 days to maintain the beatiful aromatics we then arrest the fermentation just shy of dry for perfect balance between acid, sugar, and fruit. Picked a 20* brix with a pH of 3.05
